Description
Cooking steel, pizza steel, or baking steel – whatever you call it we have got it for your gourmet cooking needs. The carbon steel cooking surfaces are made from 1/4″ thick plate and hold heat during cooks. Steel are media blasted and treated with a very light vegetable oil for seasoning. Steel will require further seasoning before first use. Note: product is very heavy ( also pretty much indestructible). Thicker available upon request contact the office more more information.
