Here since the founding in 2011, he offers a broad depth of knowledge and experience on how to manufacture and create products fast and effectively with our tool set. He is not a fan of long walks, likes old cars, and has a general soft spot for rusty items. Passionate about providing a quality product to a local market with genuine old timey customer service. Fighting out of the corner office in the black pants and hoodie is Sara our long-time business to business representative and Manager of Operations. With over a decade of experience in working with purchasers or design and engineering teams to get your company the parts it needs to keep going, she has the tools to solve your material supply challenges. Amy made the bold decision to swap tea for maple syrup a while back and are we ever glad she did. She quickly earned the title of “Captain of Multitasking” as it’s rumored, she can juggle emails, brew coffee, and do your art project all while making chips. Amy is a Packers fan and admittedly yells at the TV like it can hear her. Outside of football, she’s a devoted dog-parent to Ralphie, a fluffy bundle of chaos. Amy brings a perfect blend of enthusiasm and organization to everything she does. She looks after the front end of our company and can be found answering inquires, sorting out gas bottles, taking orders, and is even known to slice up some steel from time to time. Whether it’s managing projects or playing fetch, she’s got it all under control.

Our geometric guru – THE BRAKEMAN
This guy knows his angles. Don’t fight with him he is always right. Degrees of details, and never off tangent, Brendan is a force to be reckoned with. Not out in the front and flashy but operating in the shadows of our well-lit shop he just gets stuff done. Running the tools, hot wheeling the forklift, or huckin steel like the hulk – the Brakeman just gets it done.

The Design guy – Mechanical Engineering Technologist
Our On-site Mechanical Engineering Technologist has got your details handled. Working in Fusion 360, he can take your napkin sketch and turn it into a masterpiece. **some restrictions apply** Experienced in reverse design, cardboard aided design (CAD) he can help take your something broken and come up with new parts for repair or take your ideas and measurements and make them into a product. Does bending sheet metal give you stress? – try Yagnesh he doesn’t fold under pressure.
